Who Can Participate?
Any non-governmental and non-regulatory CCPS member company is eligible to join.
Please contact email@example.com for more information. Each company's TSC Representative can nominate a PSID Company Administrator, who can then contact CCPS to nominate new General Users.
All incidents entered into PSID are vetted by the company's PSID administrator, without the PSID administrator's approval the incident will not be included in the database. Submitted incidents are anonyomized upon entering the system, there are no records of the submitter's company, name or address, unless special arrangements are made to do so. When an incident is drafted by a member company and submitted to the Database Entry Manager for approval, it is assigned a number as an identifier.
Participating Companies will Receive:
- System management and maintenance services by CCPS
- Guidance documents for system use, including tutorials on data entry, use of lists and reports
- Programs built into PSID allowing data analysis, data graphing, and printing
- Ability to submit incidents
All participating companies should submit at least one incident per year to the database. CCPS will be creating a support team of volunteers to help with incident submission and getting to the root cause of an incident.
