Downloading, Installing, and Running the Chemical Reactivity Worksheet
The fourth generation of the Chemical Reactivity Worksheet (CRW) was released for public distribution in March of 2016. Download statistics indicate wide global interest and usage with very few problems being reported.
The most recent update (version 4.0.3) was released on July 1, 2019. To maintain/restore current Operating System compatibility, it is strongly recommended that the most recent CRW4 update be used. Note that macOS Sierra 10.12 is no longer supported.
Downloading the CRW
Download the appropriate version of the Chemical Reactivity Worksheet (CRW):

*Version stated is the minimum requirement. FileMaker Pro Advanced may also work with later operating systems certified by FileMaker, Inc. Operating systems not listed above have not been tested and are not supported.
Installing and Running the CRW
On a Windows PC:
Once you have downloaded the installation program, double-click on the "CRW4 Setup.exe" file icon, and then follow the directions you'll see on your screen.
To start the CRW, open the Start menu, point to Programs, and then click "CRW4." Follow the directions on your screen to learn how to use it.
On a Mac:
The CRW has been compressed as a zip file so that it can be downloaded more easily from the Internet. You should see a folder called "CRW4" on your desktop once the program is uncompressed. Feel free to move this folder on your computer as desired. It is common to place it in the "Applications" folder on your Mac.
To start the CRW, open the CRW folder, and then double-click the CRW4 application. Follow the directions on your screen to learn how to use it.
