NOTEs:
- All registration rates are in USD and end at 11:59 pm ET.
- Register online by logging into your personal AIChE account and completing payment by credit card. If you do not have an account yet, you may create a Guest Account for free.
- Speaker discounts apply only to accepted speakers who complete registration before the Early Bird deadline. A maximum of one discounted registration is permitted per accepted presentation. Accepted speakers will be notified in July and are strongly encouraged to register as early as possible.
- AIChE full-time undergraduate student rates are valid only for those who hold an active AIChE Student Membership and represent their academic institution. To register under this category, please email lacps@aiche.org.
- Onsite registration is subject to availability. No discounts will be applied to onsite registrations.

The registration fee includes:
- All technical sessions
- Access to Online Proceedings/Authorized Papers (available after the conference in late 2026 or early 2027)
Hotel Information:
Hotel rooms are not included in the registration fee.
CCPS Member Discount:
Please be sure to log in to your account in order to receive the CCPS Member Discount. If the member discount is not reflected when registering, email our customer service team at customerservice@aiche.org so that a team member can link your personal account to your company’s corporate account. Be sure to include your account number and your company name in the email.

Confirmations:
Confirmations and receipts will be sent automatically after registering. If you do not receive the confirmation, please contact Customer Service.
Group Registrations:
For group registrations (10 or more attendees), please contact customerservice@aiche.org. A single invoice will be issued for the total number of registrations requested by your group or organization. Once payment has been received and processed, you will be provided with a unique registration code for each attendee. Each participant must then complete their individual online registration using the provided code, which will apply a $0.00 balance at checkout. Please note: All bulk invoices must be issued, processed, and paid at least two (2) weeks prior to the start of the meeting to allow sufficient time for attendees to complete their individual registrations using the assigned codes.
