In this course, you will experience what it's like to be a process operator in a petrochemical facility. Throughout the course, you will explore the facility and conduct various area rounds to understand the roles and responsibilities of a process technology operator.
As you learn more about the operator role, you will be asked a series of question to help you decide if being a process operator is right for you and the various industries that they can work in.
In this course you will:
- Conduct various tasks an operator typically handles
- Understand Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and its uses
- Assess functionality of industrial equipment
- Learn the roles and responsibilities of a process technology operator
