Process Safety Beacon Identify the Hazards Contest
Your entry to the Identify the Hazards Contest will be submitted online at a supplied URL. You will only be permitted one entry.
The contest consists of the 7 photos shown in the November 2011 Process Safety Beacon. You will be provided with space to identify the hazard(s) shown in each photograph.
Your entry will also collect some basic information about how you receive and use the Beacon.
All qualified entries will be entered in the contest drawing. To qualify for entry you must identify at least one hazard in the first six (6) photos. The last photo contains 7 hazards and you must identify 6 to qualify. The hazard you cite must be depicted in the photograph.
The drawing will take place on or about December 9, 2012. Three winners will be selected; each winner will receive the CCPS book of their choice.
All entries must be in English; it is recognized that many Beacon readers do not speak English fluently. If English is not your native language, do the best you can; as long as CCPS staff can understand your reply, grammar and spelling errors will not disqualify your response.
Employees, staff consultants, and contractors of CCPS and the American Institute of Chemical Engineers are not eligible to win but are welcome to participate.
