Project Management for Chemical Engineers

Managing Projects in a Time of Uncertainty

Now, more than ever, project team members working remotely need techniques, templates and tools to be effective and efficient. This course equips you and your team with project planning and monitoring methods that will keep everyone on track, despite distractions, and ensure project outcomes are high quality, on budget and delivered on time.

Be prepared to roll up your sleeves

In this engaging and highly interactive course, you’ll get up-to-speed on how to develop a communication plan to ensure communication with stakeholders and sponsors is clear, less stressful and more focused. You’ll also learn how to develop a risk-handling plan in advance of problem situations. Using this plan, you’ll be ready to quickly execute contingency plans, putting an end to sleepless nights. Bring your project information. You’ll use it to develop a real-world plan built around key elements, including an elevator speech. Your hard work during this course will pay off starting with your next project—whether you’re new to project management, managing team members more experienced than you or completing small projects in addition to your day-to-day technical duties.
