He introduces a worksheet that has been designed specifically for troubleshooting, and uses it to map out an example case problem. Guidelines are given about the target behaviors that characterize successful troubleshooters.
Professor Woods acts as a coach, guiding you through a process that matches your unique style. His goal is to help you recognize and polish your current approach to solving trouble shooting problems.
