The K-12 Community invites you to watch our 2022 AIChE K-12 Engineers Week Webinar, where we discussed what it is that chemical engineers actually do. The webinar was held virtually on February 23rd, from 6 PM - 7 PM ET.

 

Some topics that were covered during the webinar are:

  • How chemical engineering is different from chemistry
  • The different subfields of chemical engineering such as Safety, Energy, Sustainability, Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverage, and Consumer Products

Multiple chemical engineers also were in attendance during the event and answered many questions from attendees.
