The end of the Global Economic Crisis does not mean that the world economy will return to what it was. Growth will resume as global economies move on to what is next: new needs to be met, new customers to be served, new geographies to be established. This new economy will be even more challenging than past.
Innovations in the chemical and materials sciences will be key enablers of the new economy. This webinar describes the future of innovation in these spaces, and the roles that chemical engineers will be playing. The examples selected illustrate new fields of innovation and the new drivers of innovation. Additionally, a discussion is included on key metrics for measuring innovation effectiveness, and additional steps to maximize the return on innovation efforts.
