Oscillatory Baffled Reactors (OBR) can be used to convert "long" reactions from batch to continuous and may present a viable solution to conventional continuous reactor design challenges such as pumping and control operability issues.

In this 60-minute webinar, Professor Adam Harvey will explain process intensification (PI) principles citing examples based largely on the Oscillatory Baffled Reactor. You'll explore PI through the design and operation of OBRs, learn about current OBR applications as well as the recent development of mesoscale OBRs and their implications for industry.
