This webinar's topic is human transport of third hand tobacco smoke - a prominent source of hazardous air pollutants into indoor non-smoking environments.

During the academic year, Georgia Technical Institute of Technology's School of Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering hosts regular research seminars, in which distinguished researchers are invited to speak about their work. In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, Georgia Tech is leading a "Virtual Seminar Series" in collaboration with the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE).

These live webinars will provide an opportunity for students and faculty at Georgia Tech and other institutions to interact with distinguished researchers remotely. Students from other institutions are also invited to attend the series, providing an opportunity for institutes across the nation to continue their seminars and interact with each other.

Here’s what you’ll learn:

  • Identify most recent developments in a given sub-field of chemical engineering
  • Discover new literature related to a given sub-field of chemical engineering
  • Interact with world experts in cutting edge chemical engineering research

Drew Gentner
