Understanding and communicating with this multigenerational workforce is a challenge for people at all organizational levels. This interactive session focuses on concrete ways to minimize conflict, maximize communication and build productivity in a multigenerational workplace.

The Learning Objectives for this session include: Defining the Five Workforce Generations, Describing the Major Influences on Each Generation, Learning How to Adapt Communication Styles to Appeal to Each Generation, and Understanding Important Factors to Consider to Tailor Recruiting, Retention, and Professional Development Across Generations.

This is the second in a 3-part series on Managing Millennials. Please note that each webinar in the series requires separate registration, and has been designed to function as both a standalone presentation and a component in the series.
