As the design life expiration date(about 25 years) approaches for domestic LNG storage tank, the issue of tank lifetime extension is paid more and more attention by the Korea LNG industry. Recently, Korea Gas Safety Corporation is carrying out a project for developing technologies and standards for the life time management of LNG storage tank. Fatigue Analysis of 9% Ni steel LNG storage tank and pump column were performed as a part of this project using FEMFAT Ver. 4.8. It was found from the result that fatigue life of 9% Ni steel inner tank was calculated 52 and 171 years, one of pump column was 428 years.
