The topic of Process Safety metric selection has been widely discussed. Yet, some organizations still feel inadequate with their Process Safety performance monitoring. Is data collection process as important as metric selection in ensuring the effectiveness of performance management? Currently, non-paper based systems are available to facilitate this. This presentation will discuss the characteristics of a robust system and the benefits of having such systems in an organization.
