2014 CCPS Process Safety preconference workshop will take place on August 27, 2014 in Qingdao, China. Scott Berger – Executive Director of Center for Chemical Process Safety
Scott Berger, Executive Director of AIChE's Industry Technology Alliances, joined CCPS in 2001 after 5 years at Owens Corning, where he held a range of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) assignments including Director of EHS Strategic Management. Scott also worked for 18 years at Rohm and Haas Company in R&D, engineering, and EHS. Scott also has administrative responsibility for the Design Institute for Physical Properties (DIPPR), and the Design Institute for Emergency Relief (DIERS). Scott received a BS and MS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

二、培训讲师简介
美国化学工程师协会化工过程安全中心主任 斯考特·柏格先生
斯考特·柏格先生早先曾在Owens Corning公司工作五年，之后于2001年加入CCPS，策划了一系列环境、健康、安全（简称EHS）项目，并担任EHS战略管理主管。斯考特先生还在Rohm & Haas公司工作了18年，负责研发，工程，EHS项目。他还是美国化学工程师协会物理性质设计研究所（DIPPR）以及能释设计研究所（DIERS）的管理层人员。同时他还拥有马萨诸赛科技学院的学士和硕士学位。斯考特先生曾多次访问中国，对中国的化工安全事业具有独到的见解。
