Registration details, including accommodations, will be available on February 20, 2020. Registration will open on February 28.
Registration to Metabolic Engineering 13 includes admission to all sessions, scheduled meals, breaks, networking events and conference proceedings, Wi-Fi throughout the conference, and four (4) hotel nights (nights of July 12, 13, 14, and 15). Additional hotel nights can be purchased during registration (available dates are July 8, 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 18, 19).
Please note that space at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort is limited and that some attendees may be placed at outside hotels.
For shared rooms: If you select a shared registration type and do not have a preferred roommate, a roommate will be selected for you at random in a room with 2 queen beds. During the registration process, you iwll be asked to indicate shared male or female room. You may also indicate the name of your preferred roommate, and add “1 king bed” if that is preferred.

Cancellation requests can be made by calling Customer Service at 800.242.4363, 203.702.7660 (outside the United States), or by emailing email@example.com.
- If your cancellation request is received 30 days or more before the first day of the event, AIChE will refund your paid registration fees minus an administration charge of $100.00.
- Registrants canceling fewer than 30 days prior to the first day of the event (or failing to attend) will not receive a refund.
- Registration fees may be transferred to another individual for a $50 administration charge.

Travel and Visa
Attendees are responsible for their own travel plans and visas, as required. Please allow extra time for visa processing.
