Huimin Yu is Professor at the Department of Chemical Engineering at Tsinghua University. Her research interests are in industrial biocatalysis and Bio-nanotechnology, with particular interest in finding and engineering biocatalysts (enzymes and cells) by frontier biotechnologies and applied bioinformatics, iIntensifying bioprocess via bio-chemical integrated approaches, and developing M13 bacteriophage -mediated bio-nanotechnologies and potential applications. Yu holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and Ph.D. in Biochemical Engineering, both from Tsinghua University.
