What's included in your registration?

Registration includes admission to all sessions, scheduled meals, breaks, networking events, and conference proceedings, as well as Wi-Fi throughout the conference.

Permanent access to the post-conference proceedings. Following the conclusion of the event, view uploaded papers and presentation slides.
Online registration and payment are processed using a credit or debit card in USD. To pay with a bank transfer contact customerservice@aiche.org.
This event is scheduled to be fully in-person. No virtual access portion will be available. We cannot wait to meet with you all.

Cancellation & Substitution Policy:
Cancellations called in at 800.242.4363 or emailed to customerservice@aiche.org no later than October 3, 2023, 11:59pm ET will receive a full refund less $50 in processing charges. After October 3, 2023 no full registration refunds will be given. If you register but are unable to attend, AIChE will accept a substitute with a $50 processing fee.

Travel and Visa
Attendees are responsible for their own travel plans and visas, as required. Please allow extra time for visa processing.
Visa invitation letters can be provided upon request at invitationletters@aiche.org. To help expedite the request, please research the particular requirements of your country of citizenship and provide all relevant information in your request.

Visa Procedures
U.S. visa procedures have been changing. If you are planning to attend an AIChE Meeting and will need a visa, we encourage you to visit the U.S. Visa Policy Web Page for updates on visa procedures and applications. Please allow ample time for visa processing.

If you require a visa or invitation letter, please send the following information to invitationletters@aiche.org:
- Name of event
- Proof of registration
- Full Name
- Company/University
- Address
- Any additional necessary information, such as passport or identification information
Letters will be sent via email as PDFs and will contain general event information such as dates and venues. If more specific event information is required, please let us know.
Certificates and Professional Development Hours (PDH)
All conference attendees are qualified to receive Professional Development Hours (PDH). You will receive 8 PDH for each of the days that you attended the conference/short courses.
You will be able to request or download a letter or certificate of participation after the meeting has concluded. There are two ways to obtain these documents:
- Conference Speakers and Chairs can generate a letter and certificate of participation via their Confex Gateway. If you need help accessing Confex, please contact programming@aiche.org
- Attendees and other participants can contact certificates@aiche.org to obtain a letter and/or certificate.

Registration Policy
AIChE's meeting registration policy is based on the premise that AIChE's conferences and meetings are amongst the most prestigious and best attended chemical engineering conferences in the world. Therefore, all participants, including speakers (invited or accepted through the Call for Abstracts), are expected to register and pay the appropriate registration fee.
