The purpose of this workshop is to come to a consensus within the industry around the appropriate failure rates to use when conducting Risk Assessments for Hydrogen sites or projects. This workshop will aim to cover 10 -15 components, beginning with those included in the Hydrogen Risk Assessment Model (HyRAM) and ending with additional components identified by workshop attendees. During the workshop, attendees will:
.) Brainstorm the different types of failure modes for Hydrogen components.
.) Start with HyRAM data and agree upon or further define each component rate. A vote will be taken after each component discussion to confirm if there is industry consensus.
.) Define rates for additional components not define in HyRAM. A vote will be taken after each component discussion to confirm if there is industry consensus.
.) Discuss when do leaks become a hazard.
