O-Seal valves

O-Seal valves have a complete interchangeable valve cartridge with a removable seat, which enables the user to change from any of the four basic O-Seal cartridge designs without compromising leakproof reliability. These shutoff, needle, check and stop-check valves are rated to 6,000 psi and will function from –65°F to 400°F, depending on the seal material selected. They are available in pipe sizes from 1/8 in. to 2 in. and tube sizes from 1/4 in. to 2 in.

Single-Flange Assemblies Provide a Compact Solution

Kenmac series process monoflange assemblies replace multi-valve assemblies with a single manifold. This compact design minimizes potential leak points, reduces stress from loading and vibration, and can reduce installation and maintenance time. Block, block-and-bleed, and double block-and-bleed flanged manifolds are available, in bolted bonnet, outside screw and yoke (OS&Y) bolted bonnet, and integral screwed needle valve designs. A two-valve isolating and venting gauge block monoflange is available for instrumentation applications.

Shut-Off Valve is Suitable for Demanding Environments

With no wetted metals or external fasteners, this 1/2-in. air-operated shutoff valve can be used in high-purity or corrosive environments. Designed for liquid service at pressures ranging from full vacuum to 150 psi, the valve’s outlet pressure (backpressure) can be as high as the inlet pressure without affecting performance. The internal metal springs are isolated from the process liquid by redundant seals made of either Viton or EPDM. Body materials are polypropylene or polyvinyl chloride.

Style 177 QuickVic Flexible Coupling

Designed for joining standard roll-grooved and cut-grooved steel pipe, the Style 177 QuickVic Flexible Coupling is the latest addition to a line of patented, installation-ready products that also includes the Style 107 QuickVic rigid coupling and the Style 177 QuickVic coupling for flexible piping systems. It is said to be ideal for utility service and industrial process piping in power generation and manufacturing facilities.

PE100 Industrial Polyethylene piping

PE100 Industrial Polyethylene piping retains its mechanical strength and high impact resistance at temperatures as low as –58ºF, where other plastic materials typically degrade or suffer degradation of physical properties. Its performance characteristics include light weight, flexibility, compatibility with a broad range of chemicals, and abrasion resistance that allows it to be used with brine solutions, dissolved solids, and slurries.

Lined PVC Tubing

This tubing combines the flexibility and durability of its polyvinyl chloride (PVC) exterior with the unique properties of its Hytrel thermoplastic polyester elastomer lining. A molecular bond between the two materials makes them inseparable. The tubing offers low permeability to refrigerant gases and hydrocarbons and resists ozone and moisture. The Hytrel liner resists chemical attack and particulate buildup. The black PVC jacket insulates the tubing from electronic interference, provides flexibility, and imparts shock, abrasion, and UV resistance.

APEWF hose

Made of an ethylene propylene diene M-class rubber (EPDM), the APEWF hose handles a wide variety of fluids in applications that require elevated pressure and vacuum. It is constructed with a smooth, white EPDM rubber core that is reinforced with a wire helix and multiple layers of durable rubber. Its sanitary inner surface allows for unrestricted flow. It withstands temperatures from –40°F to 248°F (–40°C to 120°C), and is available in sizes ranging from 0.75 in. to 4.0 in. i.d. (19 mm to 102 mm).

Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) Tubing

This polyetheretherketone (PEEK) tubing is available in many varieties, including natural PEEK, solid color-coded, dual-layer color-coded, striped, and dash-stripe coded. For all the tubing models, standard sizes include outer diameters of 0.0141732 in. (360 µm), 0.03125 in., 0.0625 in., and 0.125 in., with inner diameters as small as 0.002 in. The interior surfaces of the standard sizes are color-coded according to the following scheme: 0.005-in.-i.d. is red; 0.007-in.-i.d., yellow; 0.010-in.-i.d., blue; 0.020-in.-i.d., orange; and 0.030-in.-i.d., green.

DoubleSafe fittings

DoubleSafe fittings provide a leakproof seal and prevent cracking under high torque when installed as the transition between metal piping and the manufacturer’s plastic piping. The fittings are pressure-rated to 150 psi and are available in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC). This metal-to-plastic joining is useful for connecting a plastic piping system to heat exchangers, flowmeters, and other metal-ended, male-threaded instruments.

Flexadux TR-Series thermoplastic rubber hose

The Flexadux TR-Series thermoplastic rubber hose performs in applications where a heavier, standard hose would be excessive, such as light-duty ventilation and fume or dust removal. It provides strong resistance to moisture, chemicals and ultraviolet (UV) light, and it is highly flexible and compressible. The TR-LT is available in 1.5-in.-i.d. to 16.0-in.-i.d. sizes with a 0.020-in.-thick wall. The Flexadux TR-XLT comes in 2.0-in. to 6.0-in.-i.d. sizes with a 0.012-in.-thick wall. These hoses weigh half as much as a typical standard hose. For example, a 4-in. i.d.
