Heavy-duty Series 585 and 586 butterfly valves

Heavy-duty Series 585 and 586 inflatable seated butterfly valves handle abrasive materials such as sand, feldspar, flyash, and most other dry, granular materials that typically reduce valve life. The Series’ standard valve sizes range from 2 in. (50 mm) to 24 in. (600 mm), and fit both ANSI and metric flanges. The inflatable seat design provides a better seal by using air pressure to expand the seat against the disc, providing more sealing area and an even pressure distribution against the disc. The seat also automatically compensates for wear when it inflates against the disc.

Centri-Sifter MO

The Centri-Sifter MO is a medium-capacity centrifugal screener with a cantilevered shaft that has two externally mounted bearings between the screening chamber and the motor drive. This design allows all internals to slide freely from the shaft end for cleaning, screen changes, and inspections. The screener has wide spacing between the bearings, a large-diameter shaft, and a flexible shaft coupling. These features prevent vibration, even at high speeds under heavy, imbalanced loads.

PureFeed AI-300 feeder

The PureFeed AI-300 feeder is available in volumetric and gravimetric configurations for applications such as metering micro ingredients, color pigments, and plastic additives at rates from 0.5 kg/h to approximately 150 kg/h. It is easy to assemble and disassemble, and features a dual-arm external agitation system for maximizing material handling versatility, as well as a disposable, recyclable ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) feed hopper. Its stepper motor allows users to change the penetration agitation speed on the hopper without making any mechanical adjustments.

F-Series inverting filter centrifuge

The F-Series inverting filter centrifuge incorporates several new features, including a compact design and smaller footprint. Operation of the centrifuge produces higher than normal G-forces, which results in lower residual moisture and higher production throughput compared with other models. EXPI-35 L DT MRP Explosionproof Vacuum

The EXPI-35 L DT MRP High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) electrically operated vacuum is explosionproof and dust-ignition-proof, cleanroom-compatible, and suitable for pharmaceutical applications. It features 120-V 9-amp power with cyclonic vacuuming, with less than 10 O resistivity. Instead of cloth filters, which require washdown, it contains a 40-ft2 conductive spun-bond polyester filter cartridge and a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane with a 99.95% efficiency.

IC Series vacuum conveyors

IC Series vacuum conveyors provide high-performance, energy-efficient, automated materials handling for a variety of manufacturing environments. They are available in three different diameters and can convey up to 2 tons of material per hour, depending on size, conveying distance, and the material being handled. Explosion Isolation Pinch Valve

The explosion isolation pinch valve (EIPV) is pneumatically operated, providing an economical and reliable method for preventing deflagration propagation through interconnecting pipes or conveying lines, which protects downstream process equipment and operations. When an explosion event is detected, a heavy-duty food-grade elastomeric sleeve closes at high speed, using only standard plant air, blocking explosion pressures up to 3 bar. Is it activated by a solenoid-output version of the company’s EPACO control module.

Safety IntelliPoint RF Switch

The Safety IntelliPoint RF Switch is the first radio-frequency (RF) admittance device to receive Safety Integrity Level (SIL) certification. The standard model provides overfill protection to an SIL1-certified standard. Available upgrades can qualify the switch for SIL2 certification, and adding a redundant switch can achieve an SIL3 rating. It was developed specifically for above-ground bulk storage facilities, such as tank farms, to meet the American Petroleum Institute’s 2350 Recommended Practice (RP) for overfill and spill protection.
