Pipeline Delumper

The 24-in. Pipeline Delumper is a powerful inline processor that crushes, disperses and suspends tough solids in fully enclosed pipe systems. The unit is specifically designed to handle oversized agglomerates including granular polypropylene and polyethylene. This unit eliminates blockages, works the stream to free flow and prevents damage to pumps and other equipment. It is suitable for wet, dry, pressure or gravity systems. The ultra-compact, straight through Pipeline Delumper is designed for easy installation.

The Evolution of Milling Technology

“The Evolution of Milling Technology” showcases a range of products and services. It outlines the process of solving a size-reduction problem, from initial analysis of the problem and the customer’s size-reduction requirements, to testing and evolution, to recommendations of the most cost-effective milling solution. Among the services covered are product development, toll processing, equipment refurbishing, and particle size analysis.

Reusable Containers

This 8-page brochure features application photos of the ROPAK reusable container systems in a variety of applications. General-purpose handling applications highlighted include adhesives and chemicals; small and uniform parts handling applications include dry chemicals, pharmaceuticals, plastics, resins and powders. The brochure also provides details on the company’s range of products and services, including dunnage design, repair, leasing, fabrication and recycling.

Roller Compactors Brochure

This brochure features a line of roller compactors for pharmaceutical and related applications, and presents the uses and benefits of dry granulation. Specific information on the Pharma Series of compactors, as well as details on the patented Combi-Vent Feeder technology, are also included.

Profile Wire-Screen Filtration Products Brochure

This brochure describes the company’s profile wire-screen product line used to engineer catalyst bed supports, flat and curved sieve screens, inlet and outlet baskets, nozzles, complete hub and header lateral systems, center pipes, basket strainers, resin traps, and numerous other standard and inverted flow-filtration applications. Wedge Wire industrial screens are constructed of a series of V-shaped cold-drawn wire that is then cold-wound welded on perpendicular support rods to produce a smooth, structurally sound plug-resistant screen surface.

K-Tron Control Module (KCM)

Like its predecessors in the SmartConnex line of feeder controls, the new K-Tron Control Module (KCM) integrates the control and motor drive modules directly on the feeder. It can function as either a volumetric or gravimetric feeder controller, and supports all of the firm’s feeders that are equipped with SFT II or SFT III load cells, including volumetric feeders, loss-in-weight feeders, weigh-belt feeders, smart flowmeters and PID applications.

Maxum 30

The Maxum 30 can shred 1,6000-lb blocks of abrasive materials, such as alumina oxide composites, asphalt and resins. Blocks as large as 2 ft by 2 ft by 6 ft can be reduced to particles within narrow size ranges determined by the diameter of bed-screen perforations, which can range from 1/32 in. to 1-1/2 in. Each of two rotors has a staggered array of specially treated solid carbide conical tips. Two 14-in-dia. counter-rotating shafts rotate at 25–35 rpm, producing up to 240 ft3/h of sized product.

Ultrasonex blinding control system

The Ultrasonex blinding control system reduces blinding and bridging in a screener handling difficult or sticky materials, such as metal powders, paints and coatings, pharmaceuticals, plastic resins, toners, foods and various chemicals. It uses a transducer probe to apply ultrasonic vibration directly to the screening mesh. This vibration is in addition to the screener’s vibratory motion, providing a secondary, high-frequency low-amplitude vibration that reduces mesh blinding, reduces screen tension, and improves screener performance.

dynaJET dry polymer preparation system

The dynaJET dry polymer preparation system utilizes a blower-assisted conveyance package to atomize and transport dry polymer to a tank-mounted hydration chamber. Within the unit’s transparent hydration chamber, the atomized polymer is completely engulfed in a shower spray of water to fully wet the individual particles. The system is offered in a variety of sizes and capacities, with a variety of hopper designs and polymer delivery and storage configurations to match specific process requirements.

RotaryPoint

The RotaryPoint is a rugged, small-footprint device designed for measuring the level of dry bulk solids in hoppers, silos, bins and tanks. It handles materials with densities of 10 lb/ft3 or more, including plastic pellets and even high-density aggregates like limestone. The device has no screws or fasteners to hinder access; instead, a twist-on cover provides quick access to wiring. It can be mounted on the top of bins, or on the side to indicate high, intermediate or low levels.
