HEC-1010 controller

The HEC-1010 controller allows for programmable intelligence under less-than-ideal conditions because it has a sealed, watertight enclosure with connectors that can be plugged in. Its standard enclosure is submersible to 3 ft and can be mounted with screws. The controller can be programmed with the manufacturer’s EZ Ladder software, which supports ladder diagram and function block programming.

DTM module

The DTM module is a vibration monitor, vibration transmitter and vibration switch combined in one unit. It can be operated independently or networked to create a machine-protection system. Its unique field linearization feature enables it to use probes and extension cables from any manufacturer in virtually any combination. The module’s readings are accurate to ±0.5% with linearization regardless of the choice of proximity probe or shaft material.

DRYCAP dewpoint transmitter DMT152

The DRYCAP dewpoint transmitter DMT152 uses a new polymer sensor technology (the manufacturer’s patented Auto-Calibration firmware) to measure dewpoint temperatures as low as –112ºF, whereas previous polymer sensors were only able to measure down to –76ºF. The sensors offer proven stability and durability, enabling them to withstand condensation and to recover from exposure to water. The transmitter itself holds up well in harsh environments that require protection against dust, dirt and splashed water.

Control 4000 photometric converter

When used in conjunction with the manufacturer’s inline sensors for ultraviolet/visible/near infrared (UV-VIS-NIR) light, turbidity, and pH/conductivity, the Control 4000 microprocessor-based photometric converter provides real-time measurements for liquid and gas process control. The converter is constructed of stainless steel and is suitable for virtually all sanitary clean-in-place (CIP) and sterilize-in-place (SIP) applications. It can also withstand hazardous environments at extreme temperatures and pressures.

SenseLine ELDS series open-path gas detectors

SenseLine ELDS (enhanced laser diode spectroscopy) series open-path gas detectors feature the manufacturer’s patented Simu-Gas technology, which eliminates in-field gas testing and allows users to perform remote, on-command, functional testing of the detectors from a programmable logic controller (PLC) at a control center or from a PDA. Simu-Gas controls both the synthesis of laser diode drive waveforms in a transmitter and the recognition of “harmonic fingerprints” by a receiver.

DMT series liquid and gas multivariable flowmeters

DMT series liquid and gas multivariable flowmeters provide fluid pressure, flowrate, temperature, and flow/pressure control in a single, compact device. They are compliant with ANSI/ISA 76.00.02-2002 and are designed for ANSI/ISA-76/IEC-62339 modular surface-mount fluid delivery systems. They are compatible with CAN (controller-area network) bus for NeSSI (New Sampling/Sensory Initiative) Gen 2, intrinsically safe digital bus (Class 1 Div 1, or Zone 0/1), and non-incendive Modbus remote terminal unit (RTU) (Class 1 Div 2, Zone 2) applications.

BetaGauge PI and BetaGauge PI Reference Class digital pressure test gauges

BetaGauge PI and BetaGauge PI Reference Class digital pressure test gauges have been equipped with a data-logging feature and BetaLOG data-logging software. BetaLOG is an easy-to-use, low-cost application that configures the gauge to operate in download mode (computer configuration) or ad hoc demand mode (field configuration). The download operational mode allows many configuration settings, including multiple interval selection options from 1 s to 1 h, and its data-logging runs range from a few seconds to several weeks.

Wireless Keyboards

These completely sealed, intrinsically safe wireless keyboards meet the requirements for operation in hazardous locations and are approved by Factory Mutual (FM) for Class I, II, and III, Division I, Groups C, D, E, F and G. The DW-5K-IS requires three AA batteries and a USB connector that is in the host computer and thus isolated from the hazardous location. It has an integrated pointing device and measures 14.97 in. wide by 6.61 in. high by 1.91 in. deep.

LM5000 series WIO high-level switches

LM5000 series WIO high-level switches use industrial liquid-level sensing to prevent spillage and overflow. These submersible switches are integrated with a battery-powered radio frequency (RF) transmitter that immediately issues wireless alarms when a setpoint level is reached. They are self-contained and available in side-mount and top-mount packaging. They are suitable for point-level sensing of chemicals, petroleum, and solvents. All switches in the series are certified as intrinsically safe for use in hazardous areas.

XDHI dual-sided instrument housing

With a 2.25-in. internal diameter, the compact XDHI dual-sided instrument housing accommodates small instruments and control devices without the wasted space of a larger unit. The enclosure has back-to-back chambers that are separated by a solid 0.1875-in.-thick dividing wall. Solid or glass covers are available as either a standard flat cover or a domed version with added depth. The housing is certified by Underwriters Laboratories (UL), Canadian Underwriters Laboratories (cUL), and ATEX for global applications.
