D-CK 920 power meter

The D-CK 920 is a multi-function 2.5 Digital Meter Series power meter that features LED display technology, which consists of a three-digit easy-to-read display with a height of 0.38 in. This display offers selectable AC voltage and current signal input. The D-CK920 models come with either surface or window mounting instructions, the choice of which is up to the end user when placing the order. With the window mounting option, the meters are easily retrofitted and are compatible with standard 2.5 analog window openings found in many existing panels.

BM25 Multiguard multi-gas area monitor

The BM25 Multiguard transportable multi-gas area monitor is capable of monitoring from one to five gases through diffusion or sample draw. It offers the benefits of a fixed-system area monitor in an easily transportable, yet rugged, instrument. Designed for team protection or area surveillance, the unit is most suitable for perimeter monitoring, rig overhauls, and mobile or short-term work in areas where fixed detection systems are not suitable. Seventeen interchangeable smart-sensor options make the system easily adaptable to a variety of applications and industries.

Shut-Off Assemblies

Featuring an explosionproof design and fast action with quarter-turn actuation, these shut-off assemblies are Factory Mutual-approved, having been rated to classes 7400, 7420 and 7422. These built-to-order, flexible units are equipped with a spring-return automated ball valve and an explosionproof limit switch. They also feature a solenoid pilot valve, an advanced quarter-turn rack-and-pinion actuator design, superior valve seating and a patented world-class stem seal system.

V300 stroke rate controller

Designed for accurate fluid metering, the V300 stroke rate controller is useful in R&D, pilot plant and production applications. It features front-panel membrane switches for convenient manual setting of pump stroke rates adjustable in 0.1% increments. With this device, operators are able to control stroke rate via an interface capable of accepting 4–20-mA, 0–5-VDC and 0–10-VDC input signals typically provided by process sensors and instrumentation.

Wireless HART 802.11 Gateway

The Wireless HART 802.11 Gateway provides an 802.11 wireless connection for Wireless HART systems. A wireless HART master unit with an internal 802.11 transceiver, the Gateway is available for either local 2.4-GHz operation or for longer-distanced 900-MHz FH 802.11 operation. Each access point can be connected to multiple wireless systems. Similarly, each wireless system is capable of connecting to multiple access points.

Series 3000 XPIS detectors

The Series 3000 XPIS detects toxic and oxygen gas hazards commonly found in demanding industrial environments, such as those found in the chemical processing industries. Operating on a standard two-wire 20-mA loop, the detector uses existing two-wire systems, making it suitable for both new and retrofit installations. This detector has been certified as explosionproof and intrinsically safe. Designed to require minimal downtime for sensor replacement, the connections allow the hot swapping of sensors without the need to power down the whole device.

T2 pressure transducer

The T2 pressure transducer delivers better than ±0.25% full-scale static accuracy and high durability in the presence of overpressure, shock, vibration and extreme pressure cycling. Configure it with the manufacturer’s Type 330 flush-mount mini-diaphragm seal, and the system will reliably monitor harsh media pressures

TF16-N NIR absorption sensor

The TF16-N NIR absorption sensor measures solids, turbidity, concentration, consistency and optical density. Its dual-beam design compensates for background color or color changes. Designed to control and automate a variety of demanding industrial gas and liquid processes, the TF16-N monitors in-line for precise, real-time results that are repeatable. The sensor body is 316L stainless steel with sapphire optical windows. It is suitable for CIP/SIP applications, with optional hazardous-area classification available.

Process Probes

Built to minimize startup time, determine exact chemical endpoints and optimize product consistency, these patented in-line and on-line process analyzers track critical quality parameters for bulk chemical, drying, mixing and biological processes. One analyzer, the Optimized Powder Analysis Probe, is specially designed for measuring powders during semi-turbulent flow drying. Also made for use during drying processes, the Optimized Purge Probe features a collecting “spoon” for measuring powders.

SmartMesh systems

SmartMesh systems provide original equipment manufacturers with complete, embedded wireless sensor networking (WSN) that meets the stringent requirements for high-reliability, ultra-low power, security and flexibility demanded by the industrial market. These systems are made up of wireless motes embedded in individual sensor nodes and network managers embedded in gateways. They are proven, scalable and easy to integrate for fast time-to-market applications.
