The DRYCAP dewpoint transmitter DMT152 uses a new polymer sensor technology (the manufacturer’s patented Auto-Calibration firmware) to measure dewpoint temperatures as low as –112ºF, whereas previous polymer sensors were only able to measure down to –76ºF. The sensors offer proven stability and durability, enabling them to withstand condensation and to recover from exposure to water. The transmitter itself holds up well in harsh environments that require protection against dust, dirt and splashed water. It is suitable for use in dessicant air dryers, glove boxes and other dry chamber applications, as well as for any inert gases where measuring very low water vapor content is required.
