EasyLine3000 Series analyzers

The new EasyLine3000 Series analyzers complement the high-end Advance Optima 2000 multi-analyzer configuration with a simple, general-purpose design in a single compact housing. Available in a panel or cabinet configuration, the ACX is a complete analyzer system that features AO2000 control and monitoring of all system parameters, including automatic calibrations, component status, and common digital output communications.

8262/8263 Series two-way direct-acting solenoid valves

8262/8263 Series two-way direct-acting solenoid valves can be used to control the flow of air, water, or light oil. They are available in normally closed, brass and stainless steel constructions for pipe sizes of 0.125 in., 0.25 in., and 0.375 in. The online configuration tool enables a customer to quickly model a valve to meet a set of specific requirements. It then displays the list price, availability, 3-D computer-aided design (CAD) drawings, and specifications for the configured product.

270/NH3 gas sample probe and ammonia converter

The 270/NH3 gas sample probe and ammonia converter provides both a converted and an unconverted sample stream. This provides a way to measure the ammonia slip that is normally found at the exit of a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) unit using the dual NOx differential method. By combining the sample probe and ammonia converter, a single unit provides both filtration and conversion at the source of measurement. The device comes with an aggressive blowback (filter purging) and a calibration-gas inlet port for compliance with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency regulations.

ioLogik W5340 Active GPRS I/O

The ioLogik W5340 Active GPRS I/O is an active Ethernet input/output (I/O) device that uses general packet radio service (GPRS) technology. It is suitable for remote monitoring and alarm applications in hard-to-wire locations, such as along pipelines and at unmanned sites. Used with the manufacturer’s Active object linking and embedding for process control (OPC) server, it can create a remote monitoring and alarm system in GPRS dynamic Internet protocol (IP) environments.

Workshops

Industry experts will present free educational workshops covering plant performance benchmarking, operations and maintenance (O&M) information handover, and asset performance management (APM). The benchmarking workshop will discuss how to use industry tools to collect and report benchmarking information, and how an owner/operator can take advantage of these data and other metrics to gain a competitive edge in global markets. The O&M meeting will report on guidelines for more effective transfer of information needed for operations and maintenance.

OMS420 in situ O2 and CO/combustibles analyzer

The OMS420 in situ O2 and CO/combustibles analyzer features a hollow probe design that allows a single technician to remove sensors for maintenance in seconds. It has a zirconium oxide sensor for analyzing oxygen and an additional heated electrolyte sensor for working with carbon monoxide and combustibles. The unit enables workers to tune excess O2 to lower levels than possible using O2 measurements alone. This results in greater fuel efficiency and savings.

The Accu-Cab RFID cabinet

The Accu-Cab RFID (radio-frequency identification) cabinet manages tooling, spare parts and materials at their point of use. The heavy-duty, double-walled cabinet is equipped internally with four RFID antennae and an electromagnetic door lock. To gain access, users must identify themselves, either on a touch-screen monitor mounted on the door or by scanning a bar-code or proximity badge. The contents of the cabinet are tagged using passive Gen 2 tags and are located on adjustable shelving.

AVEVA Instrumentation

AVEVA Instrumentation is a software application that can handle the specification, design and maintenance of all plant instrumentation and control systems. It can be used as a stand-alone product or integrated with the company’s other applications. It incorporates all plant engineering and plant design management system (PDMS) 3-D design data within a single model database. The data are fully controlled, and can be used across all phases of engineering, supporting fast, error-free plant design.

Fever Alert products

Fever Alert products are designed to perform rapid screening of individuals in public places for elevated body temperatures in an effort to slow the spread of flu viruses. Products include a hand-held infrared thermometer, a thermal-imaging camera, and a high-resolution thermal imaging system. The devices automatically detect the hottest temperature on a subject, tracking critical temperature differences in real time. When a high temperature is detected, the unit produces both audible and visible alarms.

Series 53 and 54 panel systems

Series 53 and 54 panel systems are designed for use in ultra-high-purity instrumentation or process-gas control systems. They provide pressure and flow control for point-of-use specialty gas applications, and final pressure control for gas distribution systems, including: bulk gas distribution; gas/liquid chromatography; high-purity carrier gas; zero, span and calibration gases; high-purity chamber pressurization; liquefied hydrocarbon; and cryogenic gas control applications.
