All for Good Provides Funds for Inclusion in Engineering | AIChE

Increasing Inclusion at all Career Stages

Inspiring the next generation of engineers by introducing K-12 students to the profession as an outlet to positively impact the world.

Engaging College students by supporting more inclusive environments with Unconscious Bias Modules to embed D&I in academic communities to increase persistence in engineering degrees.

Retaining Mid-career Engineers in the profession with professional development programs to support women & under-represented minorities, unconscious bias and inclusive community sessions.

Advancing equity in the profession by providing strategic training, networking and advancement opportunities to under-represented Engineers seeking executive or c-suite roles.

Supporting the entire continuum of an Engineer’s lifecycle in conjunction with AIChE’s Institute for Learning Innovation.

Meet Our Communities

Our societal operating council (SIOC) supports communities such as Disabilities OutReach & Inclusion Community (DORIC), K-12, the Minority Affairs Committee (MAC), the LGBTQ+ & Allies Initiative, and Women in Engineering (WIC).

Equity, Diversity, Inclusion Working Groups

AIChE's All for Good Campaign is critical to bring people in our profession together to work on global and domestic challenges. There are so many forces currently working to divide people and polarize opinions, and these programs help all of us rise above these forces to effect positive change for society and our planet.
Michael McAtee, Senior Vice President Strategic Projects, BASF
