Patricia Rossman graduated from St. Bonaventure University with a B.A. in journalism. Before her current role as Chief Diversity + Inclusion officer and HR Communications at BASF, she served in various positions at Ciba. These included Manager of Employee Communications, Communications Consultant for Ciba, IBM, Deloitte & Touche, Sumitomo Corporation and others; as well as Vice President of Communications and Public Affairs, Americas Region.
