Registration

IMES and SBE members receive membership rates. You can become an IMES member here and a member of SBE here.
Registration to ME-12 includes up to 4 hotel nights, which can be selected during the registration process. Registration also includes all scheduled meals and coffee breaks. Additional hotel nights and cultural program tickets can be purchased during registration.
Please note that space at the Westin Grand Munich is limited and that some attendees may be placed at outside hotels.
Please send an email if:
- You need extra room nights beyond those available through the registration process
- You are sharing a room and have a preferred roommate (those that share rooms without identifying a specific roommate will be randomly assigned a same gender roommate)

Optional Cultural Program
June 28, 1PM-6PM, following the end of the conference, pickup and drop off at hotel. Tickets for the Cultural Program can be purchased for attendees and their guests for $80 during the registration process only. Program includes all of the following: all transportation, guided tour of the Nymphenburg Palace, your choice of additional guided tour of the city center. Limited tickets available. Tour details are subject to minor changes.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received via email to bio@aiche.org or in writing to SBE and postmarked no later than May 25, 2018 will receive a full refund less $75 in processing charges. After May 25, no refunds will be given.
