All registration rates are in USD and end at 11:59pm EST on the day displayed above.
Group registration: A discount of 15% is available for groups of 5 or more regular participants of the same affiliation (e.g., universities, research institutes or companies), it does not apply to students. Email dejuk@aiche.org for Promo Code.
Online registration and payment are processed using a credit or debit card in USD. To pay with a bank transfer contact customerservice@aiche.org.
Cancellation & Substitution Policy:
Due to uncertainty related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), AIChE is relaxing its cancellation policy. Until further notice, you can cancel for any reason up to five days before the event.
- Cancellation requests can be made by calling Customer Service at 800.242.4363, 203.702.7660 (outside the United States), or by emailing customerservice@aiche.org.
- Registration fees may be transferred to another individual at no charge.
Onsite Registration Hours
Registration will be located in the Hilton San Diego Gaslamp Quarter, outside the Gaslamp room, Monday, Sept 13 - Tuesday, Sept 14.

Visa Procedures
U.S. visa procedures have been changing. If you are planning to attend an AIChE Meeting and will need a visa, we encourage you to visit the U.S. Visa Policy Web Page for updates on visa procedures and applications. Please allow ample time for visa processing.
