Infrared Moisture Analyzer Improves At-Line Process Control
The SMART Q quartz halogen moisture analyzer contains high-quality, analytical-grade internal components housed within a rugged shell, making it suitable for both laboratory and manufacturing settings. It requires no cavity preheating or sample cool down and is compact for at-line process control. The analytical four-place balance has an accurate three-digit moisture readout for dry products with up to 15% moisture content. The analyzer is password-protected with individual user login for CFR 21 Part 11 compliance. Built-in training videos instruct technicians on how to operate the analyzer, and preprogrammed methods for many sample types can be imported from other users or a method library. SMART Q can easily be upgraded to a SMART 6 analyzer for even faster results. These analyzers can be used with pharmaceuticals, plastics, dairy powders, and processed foods.

Flowmeters and Controllers Support Industrial Automation
The IN-FLOW mass flowmeters and controllers have a rugged design that features an Ingress Protection (IP)-65 rating for shielding against dust and water. The instruments are available for flow ranges from 0.05 mL/min to 10,000 m3/hr. The series is offered with optional ATEX approval for use in Category 3, Zone 2 hazardous areas, and with FM approval for Class I, Div. 2. These digital instruments can be equipped with one of six available fieldbus interface options, including a PROFINET fieldbus interface for industrial automation applications. The flexible architecture of PROFINET has a comprehensive set of functions to allow innovative, flexible, and cost-saving machine automation. Two-Stage Water Filter Is Self-Cleaning
The CSF-ABW is a two-stage water filter in a single vessel for removing debris from various water sources. The first stage is a coarse-screen flushing filter with a 0.125–0.5-in. slotted screen. The second stage is a fine filter with screen size options down to 75 µm. The water filter’s automatic self-cleaning abilities reduce maintenance costs, save water, and help increase productivity. The filter has line sizes between 2 in. and 16 in. that can handle flowrates of 10–6,000 gpm. It can operate at pressures of 40–150 psi and temperatures up to 160°F. The flush duration lasts from 4 sec to 10 sec and has a volume range of 4 gal to 400 gal. This filtration unit is able to directly filter wastewater and cooling water, as well as water from rivers, lakes, and irrigation ditches.

Adjustable Flask Stand Is Suitable for Large-Scale Operations
This universal stand for flasks has an adjustable height and an easy-to-use turning wheel, and can hold any flask between 10 L and 150 L. It is available in heights of 82.25 in. or 96.25 in., with either a flange or rod motor mount. It also features adjustable mounting bars, a support shelf for a flask, and easy access to a material collection point. The universal open frame stand design allows for maximum clearance and access to the ports on the head. To allow for future scale-up, the frame can be fitted with large-scale reactors, and additional accessories are available for large-scale distillation.
