The fully automated Pioneer 300 is specifically designed for use in 300-mm semiconductor wafer processing. It provides quick and accurate contact angle/surface energy measurements of the wafer surface for adhesion, cleanliness and surface treatments. The system is designed to prevent particulate formation or contamination. It can be used to monitor the ultra-clean surface processing of silicon wafers. The position of the sample stage is computer-controlled and can be precisely adjusted along the x-, y- or z-axis.

The Micro Motion F-Series compact Coriolis meters are now rated to 5,000 psi, offering customers flow and density measurement in demanding, high-pressure environments at flowrates up to 300 lb/min. When combined with Micro Motion MVD Technology, the F-Series meters deliver mass flow accuracy up to ±0.1% and volume flow accuracy up to ±0.15% when measuring liquids. On liquid density, the meters are accurate up to ±0.001 g/cm3.

The first of a new family of enhanced photoionization detection instruments, the 2020PROPlus boasts an extended dynamic range, several new operating features and an enhanced user interface. The dynamic range for the 2020PROPlus has been extended to 10,000 ppm with, 0.1-ppm precision to 100 ppm and 1-ppm precision up to 10,000 ppm. New operating features include the optional use of activated charcoal tubes to provide more accurate “clean air” calibration, and humidity reduction tubes, which allow more accurate sampling in high humidity environments.

The Duff-Norton 1900 Series rotary union is designed to provide a rotating seal between fluids and a revolving roll or drum. Commonly conducted media are water, hot oils, chemicals, hydraulics and air. The 1900 Series was developed for very-high-pressure applications up to 10,150 psi (700 bar) and with maximum temperature ratings up to 248°F. Standard models feature nickel-treated carbon-steel construction, but are also available in stainless steel. The 1900 Series is equipped with a double-acting thrust bearing and bronze bushing.

The Temp101 is a miniature, battery-powered, standalone temperature recorder with a programmable alarm and start time. The portable, easy-to-use device is CE-compliant, and measures and re-cords up to 32,767 measurements. The storage medium is non-volatile solid state memory, providing maximum data security even if the battery becomes discharged. The device can be started and stopped remotely from a computer via user-friendly Windows-based software, making data retrieval quick and easy. 

Electric valve actuators in the L75 series use state-of-the-art technology to provide remote control actuation of quarter-turn valves and other rotary devices, including on/off and modulating rotary valve applications. Specially designed for the dangerous and potentially explosive task of emptying hydrocarbon storage tanks, reactors, pipelines or other vessels, the Triple Plus+ IR monitors the purge vent gas to determine when there is less than 100% LEL equivalent flammable gas concentration present. The infrared detector in the unit is a unique dual-range infrared sensor for flammable hydrocarbons scaled with both 0–100% volume and 0–100% LEL ranges, with an automatic range switch between these. This allows the earliest possible termination of nitrogen flow and a switch to air.

The Bundle Waveguide Technology (BWT) system with the DigitalFlow DF868 flowmeter measures LNG flowrates in pipes ranging from 2 in. to 48 in., and is touted as the only solution for measuring LNG flows in pipes greater than 8 in. The system measures cryogenic flows of LNG at –161°C (–322°F) as it is transferred from liquefaction trains and tankers into storage tanks at production plants and receiving terminals. The Sentinel is a naturalgas ultrasonic flowmeter specifically designed to meet the demands of high accuracy, fiscal custody-transfer measurement.

Designed with an intuitive user interface, the LORD Balance Check can be used to detect unbalance, identify the correction capacity required to offset unbalance, and verify balance once it is restored. The unit uses a 400-MHz XScale processor, large color display, easy operation function keys and has high-speed data acquisition capabilities through USB, IrDA and RS232.
