Onsite Registration Hours

Registration will be at the George R. Brown Convention Center, Hall B3. Hours are subject to change.

Sunday, April 12 12:00pm – 7:30pm
Monday, April 13 7:00am – 5:30pm
Tuesday, April 14 7:30am – 5:00pm
Wednesday, April 15* 7:30am – 4:00pm

*Registration will be moved for Wednesday, April 15th badge pick-up to outside room 360. It will still be in the George R. Brown Convention Center..

Expo Hours for 2026 Spring Meeting & 22nd GCPS

The Spring Meeting Expo will be at the George R. Brown Convention Center, Hall B3.

Sunday, April 12 2:00pm – 7:30pm *Including during Conference Opening Reception from 6:00PM - 7:30PM
Monday, April 13 8:00am – 12:00pm & 1:30pm - 7:00pm  *Poster Session & IDEAL Reception from 5:30pm – 7:00pm
Tuesday, April 14 8:00am – 12:00pm & 1:30pm - 7:00pm *Happy Hour from 5:30pm – 7:00pm

Note: A professional photographer will be available on Sunday and Monday during the exhibit hall hours, headshots included with your registration.

 Mother's Room

AIChE has arranged for a mothers’ room onsite, which will be available for the duration of the Spring Meeting. For more information and to gain access, please speak with a customer service representative at the registration area.

Coffee Breaks

Monday, April 13 9:30am – 10:30am & 3:00pm – 4:00pm

**The coffee break will be moved for Wednesday, April 15th to the Ballroom of the Americas Pre-Function area in the Hilton of the Americas.

AIChE does not provide computers in function rooms, so please plan to bring a laptop with an HDMI connection or make arrangements with your session chairs to use their computer and bring your presentation on a flash drive.
