Whether you're focused on operations, design, research, or risk management, this meeting is designed to help you learn, connect, and bring new ideas back to your organization.

Here’s how to make the most of your first visit!

What to Expect

The AIChE Spring Meeting brings together multiple technical conferences and tracks under one event, including the Global Congress on Process Safety (GCPS), which focuses specifically on improving safety performance, risk reduction, and incident prevention across the process industries.

You’ll find:

  • Presentations: With technical sessions ranging from practical case studies to advanced research, there is a session for every sector of Chemical Enineering Industries. Explore the program, and build a schedule to match your interests.
  • Keynotes: Featuring industry leaders and safety experts, these sessions are a great way to learn about focus areas in the field. Listen to lessons learned and ask questions from the most forefront players in today's. A few topical conferences include a keynote speaker open to all attendees, or you can purchace a luncheon bundle with your registration to attend a featured keynote with a plated lunch.
  • Exhibit hall: Spend some time during the breaks in Hall B3 to discover tools, technologies, and services showcased by 80+ exhibitors.
  • Networking: The Meeting includes countless opportunities to connect with peers across industry, academia, and government. Attend the Opening Reception on Sunday, Poster Session and Reception on Monday, ticketed luncheons each day, coffee breaks between sessions, or just find a table in the Exhibit Hall to catch up with a colleague.
  • Short Courses: Spend a full day before the conference exploring critical process safety topics through expert-led, practical training sessions designed to strengthen your technical skills and real-world decision making

It’s a large event, but with a little planning, it becomes incredibly valuable and rewarding. We encourage you to look for AIChE staff if you ever have any questions on-site. Look for the red badge marker reading "staff" and ask away!
