Keynote Address on AI in Chemical Engineering
Kaytlin is the AI Strategy Implementation Leader in Dow’s Enterprise Data & Analytics AI Hub. Her role entails enabling AI development and implementation across all of Dow’s functions, executing on Dow’s AI strategy, and governing AI solutions through Responsible AI Principles, especially those utilizing generative AI. Kaytlin’s background includes data and AI innovation for Dow’s manufacturing facilities and in-field experience as a plant engineer as part of her 12 years at Dow. Kaytlin received her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Lafayette College and her Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, and she is active in AIChE as the chair of the Career and Education Operating Council.
