David Freidl, PE, CCP will present a compilation of lessons learned when gathering intelligent project data and conducting project performance analyses. David Freidl, P.E., CCP is a registered professional engineer and longtime member of the American Association of Cost Engineers [AACE] with more than 30 years of extensive Project Controls Management and Supervision experience in construction and engineering assignments. His skill set includes the highest levels of proficiency in the implementation of work breakdown structures, risk assessment, scheduling, earned value applications, and cost systems. He has extensive contract experience in lump sum, target and firm price type contracting. Mr. Freidl has worked also in forensic schedule applications, claims litigation, and the use of the latest project controls related software and systems. Dave is currently working at OSDV Engineering, Inc., an engineering firm in the Delaware Valley. He is responsible for Project Control related activities encompassing engineering, procurement, construction, start up and validation. He specializes in meeting unique client controls needs and has intensive experience in chemicals, fossil, nuclear, bulk manufacturing and bio-pharmaceutical industries.
