On January 31, 2026 the North Jersey Section hosted an event at the Make Wine with Us wine school in Wallington, NJ. Approximately 30 people attended this event. The 2026 Executive Committee members were introduced and this year's North Jersey Section 50-Year members were recognized. Attendees learned about the ages-old wine-making process and toured the facility to inspect the equipment. Make Wine with Us owner, John Gizzi, Jr. explained everything in great detail. Refreshments were served and all attendees did some shopping for the infused balsamic vinegars and sea salts offered for sale by M.W.W.U.. At the end of the event, all attendees were able to seal and label their own souvenir bottle of wine!
