It is important to consider process safety early in the innovation process. Use the proper evaluation tool to ensure your innovation can be safely and economically commercialized. Attendees of this meeting will be introduced to the Success Modes and Effect Analysis (SMEA) evaluation tool, a phased-gate approach for a safety evaluation of an innovation.
 
Peter Sibilski has over 30 years of experience in project management, product development, and energy management in the process-chemical and pharmaceuticals industries. He has led diverse, cross-functional teams in achieving business-driven goals for projects of significant dollar value. Peter has a proven track-record of successful and award-winning product development and project implementation providing significant cost savings, increased operational efficiencies, and enhanced competitive position. He received his BSChE in 1981 from New Jersey Institute of Technology, and has an MBA – Technology Management from The University of Phoenix. Peter is a licensed PE in New Jersey, and is also a Certified Energy Manager (CEM).
