Who are the staff liaisons and what do they do?

The staff liaisons are as follows:

  • Kristine Chin: EDU, F&PD, PDD, NAMF, PTF, CAST
  • Shakeel Kadri: S&H
  • Darlene Schuster: All Other Divisions/Forums

When should a Division and Forum review its bylaws?

A review every 3-4 years is reasonable and should ensure each leadership cycle has at least seen its entity’s bylaws.

What is the difference between a Division and Forum?

A Division of AIChE requires that all Division members are also members of AIChE. A Forum of AIChE does not have the same requirement. The subject area of Forums are in multi-disciplinary fields. 

What is the purpose of the annual Activities Survey?

The Activities Survey is primarily intended to inform CTOC of exemplary performance and challenges within Divisions and Forums. It is also used to identify novel or notably effective practices to encourage dissemination amongst Divisions and forums through the CDFO.

How do I set up planning meetings at the Annual Meeting and Spring Meeting?

If you don’t get a request via Confex, please send an email to meetings@aiche.org with the following information:

  • Title of the Event
  • Date
  • Start Time
  • End Time
  • Max Capacity

How do I arrange for ticketed breakfasts, lunches, and/or dinners at the Annual Meeting and Spring Meeting?

Please send an email to meetings@aiche.org with the following information: title of the event, date, start time, end time, max capacity, ticket price and location if known.
