Amir Ahmadzadegan has a Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering from University of Waterloo in 2013. His thesis was on simulation of chemically reacting flow of hydrogen in narrow channels. He has been working in R&D department of Emcara Gas Development Inc. since his graduation, in which he has been working on development of compressed hydrogen safety components. He is currently an active committee member of several hydrogen transport safety standards such as CSA HPRD1, PRD1, HGV2, HGV3.1, and GTR#13.
