I think it’s important for us as professional chemical engineers to look at the pipeline of engineers that we’re bringing into our discipline and try to excite as many kids as possible about the field of chemical engineering and also try to attract students that have traditionally been dissuaded from becoming chemical engineers.

Become a FOSSI Scholar

 FOSSI is intended for high school students who have interest in pursuing preferred STEM degrees at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). FOSSI also connects scholars to leadership development, mentoring, and internship opportunities at sponsoring companies.
