Poster sessions are an integral part of the Annual Meeting, allowing for a collaboration through a one-on-one discussion.

POSTER BOARD SET UP & Retrieval
- The live display of the poster board is 3.75 ft wide x 3.75 ft tall (110 cm x 110 cm). It is recommended that your poster is slightly smaller than these dimensions to ensure that it fits properly. Push pins will be provided to you onsite.
- Please arrive no earlier than 1 hour prior to the start of your session. You will not be permitted to hang your poster until that time. Any posters placed before this time will be removed.
- Please take your poster with you after your session has ended, any posters that are left after the conclusion of a poster session will be removed.

The 2025 Annual Meeting Poster Session Receptions located in the John B. Hynes Memorial Convention Center, Exhibit Hall C, will feature light snacks and refreshments.
