Hey guys,
Here's another success story:

At the AIChE YP event at NJIT, a young engineer (named Prarthana Manoj Rajai) followed up with me for job opportunities. I was able to help her get job at our contractor facility. It’s has been almost 1.5 years now, she started as an intern and currently working as a full-time engineer, doing amazing work.

Thanks, Viral

Hey, guys:
Another success story:

I interviewed another NJIT student, Byeng Chan "Daniel" Son, and hired him in May 2019 as an intern, and then to a full time job as a Blending Engineer. Now he was promoted to a project engineer, working on 3 refineries gasoline blending projects, and a crude blending project for a large Strategic Petroleum Reserve. I met him at the AICHE-organized interview practice session at NJIT. I will be soon looking to hire another NJIT ChE.

Hi Pete,

Just to let you know. We really hired a NJIT Student last July 2020. He was a February 2020 recipient of our local AIChE Scholarship Award. It was Alexander Olowniuk. He followed up with me his inquiry after our meeting and was interviewed and given a job offer. I showed him the ropes at Picatinny on how to get hired. It was a good timing because Picatinny was hiring young engineers.
