Many safety systems rely on human intervention to prevent accidents. A different approach is to make it impossible for a catastrophic accident to occur in the first place. At this meeting, learn how to implement the Can’t Rather Than Don’t principle at your facility.

About the Presenter: 

Peter Sibilski has over 30 years of experience in project management, product development, and energy management in the process-chemical and pharmaceuticals industries. He has led diverse, cross-functional teams in achieving business-driven goals for projects of significant dollar value. Peter has a proven track-record of successful and award-winning product development and project implementation providing significant cost savings, increased operational efficiencies, and enhanced competitive position. He received his BSChE in 1981 from New Jersey Institute of Technology, and has an MBA – Technology Management from The University of Phoenix. Peter is a licensed PE in New Jersey, a Fellow of AIChE, and a Certified Energy Manager (CEM).
