Before the final crush of the Holiday Season is upon us, come to our final event of the calendar year for an entertaining and informative experience learning about mead, its history, and how Melovino Meadery came to be the first meadery of New Jersey. At this meeting we will also recognize 50-year members of AIChE.
Your experience will include a short tour of the production area where all of the mead is fermented, bottled and packaged; an overview of the mead making process, and a chance for some "mead-maker Q&A". Following the tour, return to the tasting room where food will be provided, and guests (21 years and older), can sample Melovino’s handcrafted meads via an open bar. Soft-drinks will also be provided.
