A virtual Fellows Gathering was held in place of the usual early morning Breakfast in conjunction with the AIChE Annual Meeting. The Gathering was on Tuesday beginning at 11:30 AM Pacific time. While there was no charge to attend, registrants were invited to donate to the Fellows Endowment. About $2000 was raised. A survey was sent to all ~ 100 attendees.
The program was opened by Robert Ofoli followed by AIChE Leadership reports. A moment of silence was observed to remember

Thanks were expressed to, and names were shown of, the 32 nominators of New Fellows during 2020.
At about 12:10, the attendees joined one of four Zoom breakout rooms for discussions of how Fellows can become involved with the Student Chapters Committee (SCC), the Local Sections Committee (LSC), the Young Professionals Committee (YPC), and the Admissions Committee (AdCom). The outcomes of these breakouts have been to form two Fellows Task Forces to organize and motivate Fellow engagement in Student Chapters and Conferences as well as to promote Fellow nominations with a focus on diverse nominees. (See below.)
On Thursday at 3 PM Pacific, a Fellows Networking Session was held.
