Vítor Espírito Santo

Vítor Espírito Santo is the Director of Cellular Agriculture for Eat Just, a San Francisco-based company on a mission to build a food system where everyone eats well. In this capacity, Santo is focused on leading Eat Just's biotechnology and cell culture program towards the development of cultured meat.

Ori Bar-Nur

Dr. Ori Bar-Nur serves as a tenure-track assistant professor in the Department of Health Sciences and Technology at ETH Zurich, where he heads the Regenerative and Movement Biology lab. He received his PhD degree with distinction in 2012 from the Hebrew University and completed postdoctoral training at Harvard University in 2018, both in Stem Cell Biology.
