Speakers

Speakers should plan to meet the session chair at least 15 minutes prior to the session. Please sit in the front of the room during your session. Turn in your presentation (powerpoint or pdf only) to the conference organizers no later than 30 minutes before your session begins.

You may contact Evan Flach at 845.323.2458 or evanf@aiche.org to transfer your presentation. Personal laptops will not be connected to the projector for individual presentations. Contributed speakers will have 20 minutes for their talk, including questions. Invited speakers will have 30 minutes, including questions. Please help us keep to the schedule.

Poster Presenters (Rapid Fire and Standard)

Please set up your poster on Sunday afternoon. Posters must be taken down before noon on Wednesday, March 19. Posters should be 30"x40" and can be either horizontal or vertical orientation. The rapid fire poster session will allow presenters with a 90 second period to present 1 powerpoint slide summarizing their poster.
