Metal Enclosure Protects Electronic Connectors
The E-Xtreme rectangular enclosures protect electrical components and connectors in harsh industrial environments. The enclosures use anti-corrosion aluminum with a patented titanium-plasma coating that protects against UV radiation. They can handle a temperature range from –40°C to 125°C (or –60°C to 180°C with the silicone gasket). The coating also protects against harsh chemicals and long-term exposure to salt mists. Two types of levers are available for the enclosures. The C-type levers provide IP65/IP66 protection and are suitable for environments with ultraviolet rays, corrosive chemicals, and frequent mating, while the V-type levers provide IP66/IP67 protection and are suitable for environments with high humidity and low temperatures.

Fire-Rated Storage Buildings Are Suitable for Battery Containment
The Rack Fire Protect (RFP) buildings provide storage for lithium-ion batteries and other closed-container flammable materials and corrosive chemicals. These buildings are fire rated for two hours at 2,000°F (1,093°C), minimizing the risks of potential fire from damaged, malfunctioning, or deep-discharged batteries from exiting the containment site and spreading to the work site. The racks inside are adjustable, allowing for storage of batteries in different shapes and sizes. The RFP buildings comply with fire regulations and can be placed inside or outside of a facility.

Battery System Offers High Energy Storage Capacity
The Ionic modular battery energy storage system (BESS) has a higher energy density than comparable systems and is designed for easy installation. This BESS has an approximate energy capacity range that can be scaled from 700 kilowatt hours (kWh) to 300 megawatt hours (MWh), and it can last up to two hours at the maximum rate of discharge. For enhanced safety, the unit has three layered battery management systems (BMSs) to monitor battery health, and it can be configured with Li-ion Tamer to prevent Li-ion runaway reactions. Indicator Warns of Potential Liquid Overflow
The talking electronic liquid level indicator (TELLI) is a non-contact liquid level measuring device that is affixed to the outside of any vessel. When liquid levels inside the container rise and reach the TELLI, it signals to empty the container to avoid overfilling and potential spillage. It can be powered by a USB cable plugged into a charging brick or computer. The device works on both glass and plastic containers and can fit vessels as small as 2 L and as large as 40 gal with the elastic band stretching up to 54.5 in. It has been Underwriters Laboratories (UL) tested for non-sparking and is great for use on high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) waste containers.

The Model RS is a rugged safety stop control that shuts off conveyors and other moving equipment in emergencies. It is operated by simply pulling the cable. The outputs of the safety pull cord can control up to four separate circuits, depending on the model.
