Finding Your Presentation Time

Oral Session Details

• Keynote presentations are 40 minutes in length, including 5 minutes for questions.
• Oral presentations are 20 minutes in length, including 3 minutes for questions.
• Each room will be set up with the necessary audiovisual equipment.
  • Projector and Screen (The projector aspect ratio will be 16:9)
  • Microphone
  • A laptop computer for all presentations
• Please arrive 20 min before the start of the session to upload your presentation file and meet the session chairs.
• If you want to use your own laptop, you may do so, but you have to demonstrate that it functions with the projector well before the session starts.
• We will have AV support staff and a Session Chair available to help if any issues arise.

Poster Session Details

• Printing: There is a FedEx Office Print & Ship Center located onsite at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta.

• The live display of the poster board is 3.75 ft wide x 3.75 ft tall (110 cm x 110 cm). It is recommended that your poster is slightly smaller than these dimensions to ensure that it fits properly. Push pins will be provided to you onsite.
• Poster Sessions are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 6:00-8:00 PM.
• The poster room will be accessible daily at 11:30 AM for presenters to set up their poster for that day. All posters must be in place by 5:30 PM of the scheduled day.
• When the poster session is finished at 8:00 PM, each presenter will remove the poster from their respective board.
